This art-deco house is designed for a property on E-Särgava blvd in Pirita-Kose, Tallinn where on the same street there are several art-deco villas built at the beginning of the 20^th c. Form of the building – simple volumes, high roof, small-paned windows and external materials – yellow Ungru limestone for the base, light stucco facades and red roof tiles respect the surrounding architecture.
