View from South

This house was designed fr a property in Nõmme, Tallinn. Due to old and well defined surroundings art nouveau-style houses from the beginning of 20th c in this particular area were set as precedents for this house.

Hoone on põhimahus kahekorruseline. Tulenevalt krundi trapetsikujulisest plaanist, liitub krundile kavandatud hoone põhimahuga ühekordne sauna ja garaaziruumide maht moodustades nii T-kujulise põhiplaaniga ehitise.

Fassaadimaterjalidena on kasutatud olemasoleva hoonestuse eeskujul looduslähedasi naturaalseid materjale. The building has quarry-faced limestone base, stucco facades, red clay tiles and red hand-made brick surroundings around the openings, cornices and other details.
